provisions of both Income tax and Sales tax.

The Company is being managed by Mr. KC Venkatachalam, Proprietor having more than 23 years of experience, who is a Qualified Civil Engineer. The company is based in Coimbatore and is professionally managed by a team of qualified engineers and
professions.

Our concern has also got the necessary tools and equipment for smooth carrying out of civil works. We have already executed civil works in a good number of Commercial,
software, residential apartments, educational schools, hospitals, factories and resorts.

In order to execute such huge contracts we have employed well experienced skilled labors, qualified engineers who can execute the work to the satisfaction of all concern within the stipulated time.

In the light of the above, we request your good self to please include the name of our
concern also in the list of civil contracts maintained by you and then send the necessary enquiries if any and allow us to participate in the proposed works contracts.

  • We will train the man power and provide PPE, Leather/Rubber hand gloves and for working with electrical equipments

  • We will do the house keeping on daily basis and remove all debris and store into the areas identified for storage

  • We will provide first aid facility at site
  • We will make sure to wear safety belts to all our workers working at heights
  • We will keep all plastic sheets and rubber items, wooden pieces into recycle bins for better environmental standards
  • We will take work permit for hazardous areas before start of work
  • We will not use any materials which will endanger the environmental around us
  • We will be providing fire extinguishers and fire buckets with water and sand at work places
